Where it all began

We have always loved crafting. Arts and crafts was always a favourite growing up and something we loved doing with our own kids.

Then arts and crafts for adults was a 'thing', so we just had to have a go and loved it! Our son has always wanted to send people surprise boxes! To start with involving things from the house - eh.. I don't think so.

Customising

We then entered the world of customising using a cricut. Wow! This was a new level of crafy-ness.

 

Frustrations

Some frustrations started to creep in. Prices of products were increasing and the wait time from ordering to delivering to us was getting ridiculous. This combined with our sons  entrepreneurial dream lead us to open Casa Craft and aim to get orders delivered within a week of ordering, with them leaving us the same or next day.

Family is everything

Our son once described our family as 'the strangest herd' (straight from the film Ice Age). We prefer unique :-)

Our son is totally the driving force behind this business. He loves picking the products and weighing them for posting; a job that accomodates and understands his needs. Different, not less!

We hope to promote the many positives employing autistic and/or those with learning difficulties brings to a business.
